    Add everyone who receives an invite, then use Household to keep couples, families and friend groups together.
  • Keep the Side values simple.
    Use Couple, Partner A or Partner B so totals stay readable when you review the list.
  • Use Status as the RSVP field.
    Pending, Yes and No import cleanly into the live planner and RSVP tracker.
  • Put dietary details in Meal.
    Meal choice, allergies and notes fit in one column until catering needs a fuller export.
  • Move to the live planner when counts matter.
    The browser planner uses the same columns and adds local save, plus-one counts, duplicate hints, CSV and PDF export.
