How Weddenly saves your plan.

Where your plan lives

Tool entries such as guests, budgets, vendors, checklists and timelines are saved in your browser's storage for weddenly.com. They are not uploaded to a Weddenly server, and there is no account system that lets us see or recover them.

What can delete it

Your saved plan can disappear from a browser if you clear site data, use a private window that later closes, switch browser profiles, use a different browser or device, or run a cleanup tool that removes stored website data.

How to back up or move the whole plan

Open the planner backup panel, download the Weddenly backup file, and keep it somewhere you trust. To move the plan, open Weddenly on the new browser or device, return to the same backup panel and restore that file. Restoring replaces matching saved Weddenly tool data on that device.

How share links are different

A tool's Share button creates a link for that one tool only. The data sits after the # in the URL, so it is useful for sending one estimate or list, not for protecting the entire plan. For the full plan, use the backup file.

  A backup can contain guest names, vendor notes and budget details.

  Send a single calculator or planner state when someone only needs that piece.

FAQs

• Can Weddenly recover my plan if I clear browser data?
  No. Weddenly does not receive or store your planning data, so clearing site data can remove the plan from that browser. Download a backup first.
• Does a share link back up my whole plan?
  No. A share link carries only the current tool's data in that link. Use the planner backup panel when you want to move or protect the whole plan.
• Can I move my plan from a phone to a laptop?
  Yes. Download a Weddenly backup file from the original device, move that file to the new device, then restore it from the planner backup panel.
