About Weddenly

Weddenly is a small, independent collection of free wedding-planning tools — budget and alcohol calculators, guest list, RSVP and seating planners, timelines, generators and checklists. Everything works instantly in the browser, with no signup and no account.

What we believe

Planning a wedding is enough work already. Our tools should be fast, calm and honest: usable in seconds, free of upsell walls, and clear about their assumptions. We would rather do a few tools well than gate them behind an email address.

How your data is handled

The tools are local-first. What you type — guests, budgets, vendor notes — is saved in your browser's local storage on the device you are using. Nothing is uploaded to a server. We use Google Analytics only with your consent — no analytics cookies until you accept the banner — and set no advertising cookies. Sharing a tool creates a link that encodes that tool's data in the URL, so you control who sees it. See our privacy notes for the detail.

How we keep estimates trustworthy

Calculators use transparent, documented assumptions, and cost and legal pages are held back until they have sourced, dated records. You can read the exact numbers behind each tool on the methodology page. Estimates are planning aids, not professional advice — always confirm quantities, costs and legal requirements with your vendors and local authorities.
