How to use it

Keep the starter total for a first pass, or replace Amount with your own working number. - Replace guesses with quotes.
Use Actual quote and Paid when a vendor quote or deposit arrives. - Keep notes short.
Use Notes for taxes, service fees, what is included and who owns the follow-up. - Move to the live calculator when totals change.

No account is required. Downloaded files stay on your device, and the live calculator stores edits in this browser unless you export or share them.
