Budget template

Wedding budget template

Download a clean budget sheet for early quotes and deposits, then open the same category model in Weddenly when you want live totals, guest count math and exports.

Columns included

The sheet starts from Weddenly's editable U.S. starter budget of $34,200. Treat it as a planning worksheet, not a quote or financial recommendation.

ColumnWhat to trackExample
CategoryThe budget line used by the live calculator.Venue
PercentEditable starter split for early planning.30

Starter rows

These rows use the same category split as the calculator. The CSV keeps amounts plain so spreadsheet apps and Weddenly import them cleanly.

How to use it

  • Start with the total.
Keep the starter total for a first pass, or replace Amount with your own working number.
  • Replace guesses with quotes.
Use Actual quote and Paid when a vendor quote or deposit arrives.
  • Keep notes short.
Use Notes for taxes, service fees, what is included and who owns the follow-up.
  • Move to the live calculator when totals change.
The first three columns import into Weddenly so you can adjust guests, percentages and remaining budget.

No account is required. Downloaded files stay on your device, and the live calculator stores edits in this browser unless you export or share them.
